Dr. Marilyn’s Journey

Dr. Marilyn’s career has spanned laboratories, lecture halls, boardrooms, and coaching sessions. She has worked with students, teachers, corporate leaders, and couples — always guided by one question:

Can emotions be used to predict and improve achievement outcomes?

 

Her research led to the creation of a proprietary assessment that measures 96 discrete emotional dispositions across four key dimensions:
